Thrive Advocates
Thrive Advocates oversee the vision and programming of Tippie Thrive. Students in the Thrive Advocate role assess needs of their fellow students and work with Thrive Program Directors to develop programming to meet these needs.
If you’re interested in becoming a Thrive Advocate the application process opens mid-September for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Thrive Trainers
In the fall of 2025, Tippie Thrive added the first Thrive Trainers to the team. These student co-facilitate workshops and trainings in classroom programming, and student organizations.
If you’re interested in becoming a Thrive Trainer the application will open in early Spring semester for the following academic year.
