List any evidence that you can present, and list any witnesses that may be able to speak on your behalf. You must attach any relevant documentation you wish to be considered. Incomplete appeals will not be forwarded to the Judicial Board. You will be contacted within two weeks, using your UI email address, by a member of the Judicial Board about the disposition of the appeal.
