Request to Enroll in a Restricted Tippie Undergraduate Course

This form is for undergraduate courses only. For graduate courses, please contact the department offering the course.

Complete the information below and submit your request. You must submit a separate request for each course.
You will be notified of the decision, via your UI email account, within 10 business days of the date of submission.
If approved, special permission will be applied on the Monday after early registration.
Receiving special permission does not guarantee a space in the course. You may add your name to the waitlist for a course that is full.
Students not admitted to Tippie are limited to a maximum of nine hours of restricted courses.
