Students and visitors alike can find their way around the building through touch screen monitors and also access financial feeds from NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ.

Video capture and real-time video

An increasing number of Tippie facilities are now equipped with video capture and real-time video conferencing capabilities. Two of the college’s off-campus locations are connected via video-link, making it possible for the instructors to rotate between locations, while allowing the college to serve more locations in the state.

TIER classroom

Formerly referred to as the Behavioral Lab, this classroom’s technology lets everyone connect to the same content. Faculty are able to share information across large and individual screens—perfect for research projects.

BAIS lab

This dedicated lab provides technology and flexible spaces for students in the Business Analytics and Information Systems major. It’s the perfect setting whether you are redesigning a network or analyzing a large data set with your team.

Bloomberg terminals

Located in the third-floor library inside the Pappajohn Business Building, these terminals allow business students to monitor and analyze market data in real time.

Scheduler displays

A web-based room scheduling system with touch-screen display provides real-time meeting information right where you need it—outside the room. The interactive digital signage reduces meeting interruptions and eliminates scheduling conflicts.
