Jee Young Seong will discuss her study on how person-group fit influences the relationship between charismatic leadership and task performance through followers’ organizational citizenship behavior in South Korea.

David Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. His presentation is titled, "Algorithmic Underwriting in High Risk Mortgage Markets."

Jungbin Hwang is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Connecticut.
