What is Tippie Thrive?
Tippie Thrive is a program focused on students’ emotional and mental wellness. The program is for the students and lead by the students at Tippie. Tippie Thrive normalizes mental health and builds skills of wellness and resilience.
The mission of Tippie Thrive is to build emotional resilience and student success by providing opportunities for awareness, reflection, education, and support of mental and emotional needs through peer connections.
Throughout the year be on the lookout for wellness based events held by Tippie Thrive!

Classroom-based Programming
We work to meet students where they are and ensure content is embedded into courses of the Tippie Advantage.
Thrive Trainers lead sessions in 3 required courses that all students take: Discover Business at Tippie, Business Communication and Professionalism, and Professional Preparation Seminar (per major). These lessons build upon each other and are targeted to what students might be experiencing at that stage of their college journey and prepares them for their futures.
In addition to these required courses faculty and instructors can request Thrive programming to be included into their classroom to enhance the lessons they are teaching and integrate wellness and resilience content.
