BUS:2200 Peer Mentors

Everyone could use an experienced role model as they enter college. The BUS:2200 Peer Mentoring Program provides an opportunity for current Tippie students to serve as mentors to students in their first semester in the College of Business.

You will be part of a teaching team that will include a BUS:2200 instructor and a total of four peer mentors. You will work side-by-side with the teaching team to plan and facilitate weekly lessons in the course.

As a peer mentor, you will facilitate discussions, answer questions, model resourceful student practices, and share your experiences. You'll build relationships with the students in your course by being an approachable resource as they learn about the Tippie College of Business and professionalism.
