The INFORMS Student Chapter at the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business connects students passionate about analytics, operations research, optimization, and data-driven decision making with professional development opportunities and a collaborative community of peers and faculty.
Rooted in the Tippie Department of Business Analytics’s emphasis on quantitative methods, computational techniques, and real-world problem solving, our chapter hosts events, workshops, and networking activities that help students grow academically and professionally while exploring cutting-edge analytical practices. We empower our members to apply analytical tools and management science principles to complex business challenges and to prepare for impactful careers in analytics, research, and industry leadership.
