Event Description: American employees attend approximately 55 million meetings a day. While some professionals think of meetings as draining, well-conducted meetings can be places of personal and team gain.
Join Delta Dental of Iowa for its first in-person Green Room, "Meet With Success: Evidence-Based Ways to Create Effective, Engaging, and Inclusive Meetings."
This session of the Green Room offers a conversation hosted by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa and her guest, Steven Rogelberg, Ph.D., an organizational psychologist and nationally-renown expert in implementing strategies to improve meetings.
Attendees at this free, in-person event will access Rogelberg's evidence-based practices to make meetings effective, engaging, and inclusive.
