Event Description: Join the Corridor Business Journal as we celebrate the 20th annual Women of Influence with a gala awards ceremony! The Women of Influence awards recognize 10 women who have made a difference in the Corridor as role models and leaders in their fields and community and one Emerging Woman of Influence, poised to take on a larger community-wide role in the years to come.

- Thursday, April 25 from 5:30 - 8 pm (in-person): YPC - Causes & Connections: YP Volunteer Expo
- Event Description: Have you ever wondered, "How does volunteering make a difference?" or "I want to volunteer, but I'm not sure where?" This is the event for you! YPC & YNPN are proud to sponsor Causes & Connections to pair greater Des Moines young professionals with non-profit organizations that are actively seeking volunteers and support. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with a diverse selection of organizations on ways to get involved. Participants can also listen to a short panel discussion on the value of volunteerism and actionable tips for weaving community give back into your everyday life. Come find a volunteer opportunity that matches your interests, schedule, and abilities! Food will be provided.
